Our dedicated chef has a creative vision and a passion for cooking that transcends the simple preparation of food, providing an integrative approach where presentation, the nutritional value of selected seasonal and Km0 products as well as their balanced combination and careful preparation, are essential elements in each dish.


A graduate in geography, Susana has channelled her creativity into cooking, where she has developed a creative and well-balanced approach to her approach. Her commitment and the way she transmits her love for conscious and healthy eating to her students are noteworthy.


Professionally, Susana has accumulated experience in various culinary environments, in addition to the creation and management of her personal vegetarian catering project, experiences that highlight her commitment to health and nutritional education. Currently, Susana complements her work with studies in nutrition and dietetics, always maintaining her philosophy that "eating is more important than eating."


At Bosqueko Forest School, Susana not only cooks, but also educates and nourishes, offering workshops for both children and families, sharing her creative and healthy approach with the community.
